These Terms govern access to and use of GeoSpy Tech. They are maintained in English so that one consistent version applies across localized pages.
Service and operator
GeoSpy Tech is an independently operated website at geospy.tech. GeoSpy Tech is an independent image-location estimation service and is not affiliated with GeoSpy.ai, Raven, or Graylark Technologies.
The service analyzes visible content in an uploaded image and returns an AI-generated estimate of a possible location. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and must not be treated as verified facts.
Eligibility and acceptance
By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms, do not use the service. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by a minor where required by law.
Your images and permissions
- Upload only images you own or have permission and a lawful reason to analyze.
- Do not upload identity documents, intimate images, confidential material, or images that expose a private person's location without a legitimate and lawful basis.
- You retain ownership of your image and grant us and our processors a limited license to transmit, resize, process, and analyze it only to provide and secure the requested service.
Prohibited uses
- Tracking, stalking, harassing, intimidating, surveilling, or locating a person without authorization.
- Violating privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, data-protection, or other legal rights.
- Using results as the sole basis for law-enforcement, immigration, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
- Uploading illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, or malware-containing material.
- Circumventing rate limits, automating abusive traffic, reverse engineering authentication, or attempting unauthorized access.
Accuracy and responsible use
Location outputs are probabilistic estimates based on visible clues and model behavior. We do not guarantee a country, city, landmark, coordinate, confidence score, processing time, availability, or a particular success rate.
Confirm important results using independent sources. The service is intended for general informational and educational use, not emergency navigation or professional investigative conclusions.
Availability, limits, and changes
The service is currently offered without a required account. Usage limits, temporary queues, supported formats, or features may change to protect reliability and control abuse. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.
Intellectual property
The GeoSpy Tech name, website design, original text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or comparison where legally permitted.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement where those disclaimers are permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoSpy Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
We may restrict access when we reasonably believe use violates these Terms, threatens people or systems, or creates legal or security risk. We may update these Terms, and the date at the top identifies the current version.
